I got the rrod today.... She was only 5 months old, still a baby. :(
I contacted Microsoft via e-mail. I hope they get back to me soon.
And I just got Crackdown yesterday.

So I called them about it, and they said they're sending a box. They said it will take about 3 days to get here.. 6 days later. Nothinh.
Fucking bastards. >:(

UPDATE
I got the box today, but now its snowing to hard to go to the post office to send.
Fuck.

I sent it back to them today.

UPDATE 3-20
I got it back today. Faster than expected.
And lazy ass Microsoft gave me a new system rather than fixing it.
And a free month of live for the inconvenience.
